Our cookies, made by Hilton Head Cookie Company with all natural ingredients, are in a 3 pound tub.  Use your ice cream scooper -- take out enough for exactly how many cookies you will eat -- and put the tub back in the freezer for later.  Bake 15-17 minutes @ 350 degrees.
